Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be refused if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The Service was not delivered as described.
  • A technical issue on our end prevented you from using the Service.
  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing).

This does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup fees and onboarding charges, once the onboarding process has begun.
  • Services already rendered or consumed (e.g., completed AI calls, processed leads).
  • Custom development work that has been delivered.
